CSB Large Print Thinline - Holman Handcrafted Collection

I am passing over this and waiting for the CSB Personal Quentel in 2023.

I love Holman, and I love the CSB, but I have to admit that I’d be pretty disappointed if a Bible that I ordered came with the cover like that.

I have the LSB wide margin large print Bible in edgelined cowhide. It’s a very thin cowhide that is supple, but it also wrinkles like the CSB Thinline LP when opened. And now it looks like the cowhide cover is separating from the liner in a few spots. I also have the LSB Inside Column Reference in edgelined goatskin, and the quality of the goatskin on it is superb and a nice weight. Its cover is actually more substantial than the cowhide edition. I’ve had the Wide Margin for a year, but I probably should contact Steadfast about this issue. Or save my pennies for a rebind. Thanks for your detailed and honest reviews, as always.

I have this Bible and I do not have any of the wrinkling issues on the brown or black goatskin. I posted a review a couple weeks ago. Check it out! I appreciate your channel and example for the rest of us who aspire to honestly and lovingly review copies of the Word of God!

Mine's in the mail. But going by what I see here I absolutely recognize the cover as also being on the HHC CSB Study Bible.

I have this very same bible and there are no wrinkles whatsoever when you open it or roll the front& back covers. Tim, maybe you just unfortunately got a bad one.

That wrinkling is the exact issue I had with the NASB 2020 Prime Reference. EV Bible insisted it was “due to the exceptionally supple goatskin”…major eye roll

I no longer purchase CSB because the quality of their Bibles seems to always be lacking.

The whole “Handcrafted” series has been a bit of a swing and a miss unfortunately.
