This is truly the best channel i came across and my edpm teacher recommended this channel. I learned so much and even the simplest things you taught us i never knew.....Thank you for making these videos, i have edpm cxc in 9 days ❤, aiming for a grade 2
Goodnight , i have two questions: if i used dls without them telling i should use it will i loose marks? and if i use no spacing where they never state the amount of line spacing
hello miss thank u so much for posting these videos they really have helped me alot. I am not a good student of edpm but ur videos have helped me to become better. ❤❤ I appreciate ur kindness ❤
Hello Miss. I love your teachings, are you're videos recent? I do my practice works based on your teachings but my teacher is questioning my practices. Example format dates and fonts. Can you please clarify as I want to do well on my exams
Hi Bernadette. Yes my teachings are recent and all that I have stated is how it is looked on by CXC as I am a marker of the subject and as such know exactly what we look for when marking. If you follow the videos you are sure to pass. Just let your teacher know the channel that you use so that she can also use it for some of her content as it is for both teachers and students.😊
The semi-blocked follows the Indented Style when it come to the Complimentary close. So the same thing is done. Some teachers will put the Indented to the right but I just keep it to the centre and follow the date above.
Hi Rolesha. The letterhead is suppose to be in the header of a letter and so that is where it should go. However, you do not have to put it in the centre like I have but that is the most common way to do it in this subject. How do you do it in your school may I ask?
@@roleshabartholomew1373 OK. I know that in English class that is the way the teacher would teach it. However, for EDPM because we are doing a 'Business Letter' and also because we are actually typing it and not writing then it should be placed in the header. I would recommend that you watch my videos on the Business Letter before you exam so that you can get it right in the exam. But if that is how your teacher teaches it then respect that but for the exam watch the videos.
Hi Natalee. Some of the documents seem a bit long but a key feature of this subject is timing. As such ALL work given is marked based on speed and accuracy among other things. Remember also that this subject is an upgrade from the previous 'type writing' that it was called. So although the time may seem too short Remember that the students are expected to be growing in their speed as they progress in the subject and thus it is hoped that that will be possible when they get to the final exam.
