Question…. could we use all the 5 pointers they give, word for word.. but, adding, the transitional phrases like, “secondly, thirdly” etx ???… or it’s good to rephrase a little?

You said that the email could be 2-4 paragraphs so why couldn't you started the 2nd paragraph with " I trust that as head of the etc ... instead of continuing a new sentence in the same line? I'm Virile and this is my concern.
I really like the way you bring across this email 📧 writing. When concluding your email, you can also write a contact number where Mr Davy can reach you making both parties work easier.
As far as I know, the date is not necessary. When sending an email, the date is automatically generated when you send it, so there is never a reason to manually write the date.
