Drought and heat are leaving their mark on trees all over Europe. In cities, where temperatures are 4 to 5 degrees higher on average than in the countryside, these issues have an even greater impact. Marc Ravesloot of Wageningen University & Research and his research team are looking for climate-proof trees.
