Yes of course, Considering the general nature of contrsuction projects, I presumed that we can adopt the 'Stakeholder Approach'' to strategize the CSR initiative. CSR Programs are of blind purposes, which simply means that 'making relationship with all possible stakeholders (influencers, risk groups, think tankers, worker groups, supplier associations, village groups, vilage key leaders , etc). For that, project leaders can support them in different ways and means, but always considering stakeholders' requirements. Here, the most important thing is 'not to match with project objectives'. If matched it becomes a project sustainability program but not CSR - this always follows ' the blind purposes' with the choosen CSR approach(here stakeholder approach). Nowadays, the 'Shared values' approach is also adopted to strategize the CSR program.
