After a few years out in the world, we finally got a CT5-V Blackwing in for a build and its time to kick off this build series with a good old fashioned baseline. We're gonna take you all through the build process from stock numbers to adding some Kooks Headers, and finally our CSP Heads/Cam/Maggie Package!
