Thanks for this. I studied my @$$ off and aced the AVIXA practice test. Turns out, the random questions weren't on the actual exam so I failed by 1 question. Ready to take it again.
Hey man I don't know if you're still responding to questoins on this video, but do you think you could explain how to get to the free AV technonogist exam? I'm trying to find it and I can't call since they're closed right now so any help would be much appreciated! Edit: after doing abit of reading I've noticed how that I have to have elite or premium to take the test for free.
Thanks for this video. As I was bit unsure how I should approach all this CTS thing. Most of the videos on RU-vid are quite old so it's bit questionnaire if it is still valid. I'm not beginner but just bit bored to spend too much time to find out how all works. I really believe that is mush easer exam than CCNA for average brain to get through. Have you any other material related to this? Thanks in advance.
I'm not super familiar with CCNA certification but I imagine that is a lot more in-depth about networking whereas the CTS has a little about everything. Understanding basics of light, video, microphones, audio processing, signal flow, projection, electricity, networks, etc. a little will go a long way. It's Avixa's test so either read their book or do their online modules (or both).
Hello, How similar is the Exam and the Study tests ? I have score above 95 in the test in avixa webside, and the test of the exam guide. but i feel something wrong in the test: No questions about a lot of things, like signal, fiber optics, Networking and etc. Can you give me some light in this dark patch ? thanks for your time and sorry for my bad english.
Hello! I just added closed captions so hopefully it translates more clearly. The questions aren't identical, they just have similar topics. I don't remember any questions about fiber optics (other than something possibly related to cable shielding) but you should study signal flow and networking. I mention in the video that I didn't know a lot about networking so I used their online learning modules. Just watch the video lol
