I own a custom PC and Network company here in Hawaii and we absolutely love our CTS 825. For installing servers, disassembly and assembly on custom machines there’s nothing better

I have the cts825 and wow, totally love this thing. I work in the audio industry and I really like how I can adjust the amount of torque output with the clutch. Has no problems at all taking part door panels, radios, etc. May not be strong enough to take seat bolts out but nothing a little Ugga dugga won’t fix 😂

Snapon powers tools aren’t for me, but great video demonstrating the differences none the less! For the design for users, and options in tool options and colours, snapon power tools are very amazing but they just seem a bit pricey for Chinese made 1 year warranty tools. If it was USA made I’d buy one of these in a heart beat over other brands. Just a small rant, I know it’s not your fault Joseph. I’m just surprised how we can get USA made snapon hand tools that will cover the same general application as what you’d use the power tool for, for less price, and the power tool isn’t even North American made or lifetime warranty. Obviously I know some dealers would be very good with repairing broken tools, but I guess it’s just the principle of things. Looking forward to your next video and hopefully in one of them you can discuss deals with us, like how deals actually work and affect snapon dealers. Sometimes I feel bad to go on my dealers truck and only look for deals because i don’t know if it’s helping him at all. Reason why this has become important to me is you keep giving us deal information! If I bring these topics to my dealer i want to do it in a respectful way where we both win if that makes sense

I understand! A lot of our power tools are still USA made, but of course with global components being a main part of our manufacturing process a lot of it has to be written that it’s made in China, trust me I’d much rather have the tools say made in North America, or USA specifically. But legally we have to let everyone know where the majority of parts were made. For the deal side of things I can definitely make a video on it! Anytime there’s a deal on the truck I like to tell my customers that my deal can definitely be different than another truck. The only deals that are really set in stone are the ones that are in our flyer. Where it is a franchise system everyone runs their business differently, but I can definitely get into more detail in that in a new video! Thanks for the message

If we’re talking about the ct761, there is talks about them! We just have to make sure all parts are available for manufacturing before release!

One year warranty, LOL.

Warranty should be used as a precaution, not a selling feature! If you build a good enough tool you shouldn’t have to rely on the warranty!

@@SnaponToolsJosephHull If you build a good quality tool, you shouldn't be afraid to have a decent warranty period. Having your favorite tool company stand behind a product with an industry leading warranty is a piece of mind. Hell, even Ryobi has a better warranty on their tools, and they are junk. Sad, as I really like my 14.4 Snap On stuff, but when it comes time to trade up, I don't know.

If you want to look at it like we don’t stand behind our product I’m sorry! I, as a Snapon dealer definitely do, if something breaks under regular use I try my best to either cover it under warranty, or find the most economical solution for the customer. Hope this helps understand where I’m coming from, with a difference between quality of service and just basic warranty, (keep in mind the fine print when talking warranty anyways) And your right! You shouldn’t be afraid of good warranty! We’ve been the leader in warranty for over 100 years, electrical tools are a new to us beast. Replacement parts are more expensive then mechanical gearing for hand tools, and whether we like it or not, the markup of our tools does not cover free replacements left and right! We do replace for things that wear and break under regular use, but unfortunately have to draw a line somewhere! Same with automotive parts, house utilities, etc.

@@SnaponToolsJosephHull It's not like that, do not take it personally, take it to corporate. I would happily pay for an extended warranty on my power tools, as I do on my cell phone, pc, etc. I need a piece of mind that the equipment I use to make a living are covered. Hell, even the 18 volt line has a longer warranty, where is the love for the microlithium??
@SnaponToolsJosephHull
@SnaponToolsJosephHull 2 года назад
I guess you can call the “extended warranty”, the flat repair!!! if your tools ever break the one great thing about that is if they don’t have any issues you never have to pay anything extra!

Hi. Does anyone know if the newer style 2.5 amp hour 14.4 batteries will work in the older style CTCF772 red charger?

Ken! I can check Monday, I assume so, the only issue is it’ll charge slower
