As a former student at CU, the parking police dont mess around. It was insane how fast they get you. And they can withhold your diploma if you have unpaid parking tickets on campus, though this isnt specific to CU.
I'm so proud of Coach Prime. Some people never walk again let alone the same way. Yet here is a man out here jogging missing the most important toe on the human foot and the one next to it. Keep breaking the mold Coach.
You should interview the CU parking dept, or whoever is in charge of ticketing. Sometimes, friendly confrontation is needed to bring solvency. It's easy to flex power when behind a telephone or when no one is present, like ticketing an unoccupied vehicle/golf cart. If they are getting so out of pocket that they are booting a golf cart, eye contact needs to be made with someone in that department. A FRIENDLY confrontation is definitely needed.
The parking situation always pissed me off in college. I already pay thousands in tuition to go here just to have to pay another $1000 to park a mile away from my dorm. Like don’t piss me off! 😂 Give me a parking pass and get out of my face.

However; the League places preference on measurables however incomplete the science may be on true performance. Anyone remember Tony Mandarich and his 39 or 40 bench press reps of 225 back in 1989?
The majority of colleges not all, and their students & college staff members, deal with parking ticket issues. Just ask e'm. 🤷🏾♀️Unfortunately, its a norm
My alma mater is one that does not have those issues. Plenty parking plus shuttles get the students back and forth. Staff as well they did amazing 👏 #L1C4
