You will be surprised how clean of a cut you can get with a cid 60 inch lo flow system with a perkins off in it.When cutting 5 to 8 feet brush and saplings.Gotta love when your cutter cuts grass before wheels lay it down before the blades get to it.Ive had mine on the skid steer for almost 8 years same set off blades ....For lo flo and bang for the buck it out performs mulching heads in many ways~@@americandream_89
I’ve been really pushing this mower with the 38.5 Kawasaki and it keeps RPM so well. So far it seems decent on fuel also. Diesel will always do better though
I agree that a diesel option would be awesome. BUT they’ve GOT to make it larger than 25 hp for it to be meaningful in terms of power and torque, and, in doing so, they will enter the DPF and associated emissions protocols. I’m not sure Cub Cadet wants to dabble in those issues.
I’ve been impressed in many aspects with this Cub. It cuts well and has great discharge. Also laid down some pretty good stripes. I didn’t buy this unit. I personally can’t keep a straight line as well with the steering wheel. If someone had insane Hillside, though, this is the Mower for them. I also enjoyed the hydraulic deck way more than I thought it would.
@@americandream_89I hear you about the straight lines. I’ve wondering about them myself. With power steering I wasn’t sure that it’s easy to keep a straight line and you seem to confirm my doubts.
