Put the shutoff valve between the filter and gas tank. Just shut off the valve to replace the filter.

My tire pressure is 10 psi on back and 14 psi in front. 20 psi seem a lot for the front.

Is there a fix for the deformed/broken needle tip other than buying a new carb?

My mower is the exact same and needle was broken just like this one. Changed out everything just like you did but it still won't start. What else could be my issue?

did I miss something, what was the reason for buying a new carburetor?
