My cluch wont stop Free spinning when i appy the Clutch petal.

how long did it take from start to finish? did you follow the procedure in the service manual or somewhere else or what? about to attempt the job myself

You should have been able to slide the shaft towards the motor , my 154 is a 72 I just take the bolt out of the front like you did but I just slide the shaft forward and it gives you just enough room to pull the clutch out and put the new pilot bushing in

never put washers under the Pressure plate. never put washers between fly wheel and Pressure plate

1974 was the last year for the 154.

I got myself a 154 with a Landry list of problems including the engine rebuild this week

This is the best video I have found on how to replace this clutch. Just finding ANY videos on this model seems difficult.
