I was thinking about that part as well and it reminds me of a place I used to go to regularly that had cameras everywhere, yet a lot of people, including staff members, behaved inapproriately! It seems like they get caught up in the moment, so forget that they're being watched 24/7. I'd also forget though and most of the people were drinking, which can certainly cause people to lose inhibitions, not to mention control. 🙁
