Michael, I use to play when I was young but I didn't know what I was doing. Practicing your lessons for the past 3 months and I feel I’m ready to go out to the park and play. I'm actually picking it up pretty quickly. Your patient and explain everything perfectly. Thank you for making these wonderful videos.
This is great! I watched the Roberto Vizcaino like 25 times and still didn't quite have it. I've watched all of your videos multiple times, they have been extraordinarily helpful. In fact, I could probably use a breakdown of all those Vizcaino videos :)
Thats great Michael, thank you! I think your transcription is wrong, though. You have three hits on the low drum in the first bar, and there is only actually one?
Michael de Miranda He was my teacher also. in the late 80s in Arnhem. Do you have still contact with him? If yes, a lot of greets from Germany please to him.
Michael, can you tell me what trade mark are the congas you are playing? I need some advice as I would like to buy a good set. I know there are a lot of types and prices but what do you think would be a good set for a mid range professional? Just if you can. Thank you!
My congas are from Cuba. First you have to find out what you prefer, wooden or fiber. I like wood, because it sounds more warm. Meinl, LP, Toca ect. are all good. What kind of music are you going to play?
Micheal .....my bad i didnt mean for YOU. To go out and buy new drums . your drums sound great . i was talking to someone else and put your name on the text .😞 so sorry , keep up the great work you are doing !!!
It's no problem. I didn't see that it was for somebody else, that is why I responded. I still think that Moperc makes beautiful congas and I wish them good luck!
