Didn’t have all the ingredients but I listen to your instructions and have the other ingredients. One thing though no black beans I use red beans pretty good
I use soy sauce too and msg. It will totally make a difference. I cook this in bulk so I use dried beans soaked overnight. Portion and freeze it. It is one of the healthiest meals back in the Philippines that my mom used to cook for us.
🍊. You're just tempting me now, dear Chef ! LOL. I was introduced to black beans, as an adult, living in my "barrio" for thirty years, etc. My grown children , still, love black beans ! I'm a French Creole Cajun and our dishes are, so, similar. I love sofrito, too, mijo ! Earlier, I prepared chicken and sausage jambalaya and, of course, " warm tortillas !". LOL. I do not count Macros. But I imagine it is pretty easy to get them depending on how much weight you use on each ingredient if you wanted to get them through myfitnesspal.
