FRom a Dodger fan great win Mets. I always say if I wasn't born and raised in LA as a Dodger along with all my family I would be a Mets fan. Any time they play (not against us) I'm always rooting for them to win. I also love how Citi took inspiration from the legendary Ebbets field

That call at second with PCA’s helmet is ridiculous. How much are these umpires paid to know the rules?? I’m a LL/HS umpire and even I would’ve been conflicted with the call in the moment, probably would have called him out. It’s partly on Mendoza and Mets staff for not challenging, but still, easy out call for an umpire who knows the rules he’s paid six figures to know

Cubs bullpen needs serious help. Starting rotation isn’t awful but Hendricks has been one of the worst pitchers in the whole MLB dating back to last season. Steele and Taillon can’t seem to stay healthy. The relief pitching is hit or miss. If everybody can stay healthy and add a couple solid consistent arms then The Cubs would be a World Series contender.
