Excellent job! Thank you🙂 i used mine for the first time to make the plain white rice (non- pressure). It came out very soft but a little pasty. I'm used to the rice grains being separate and not sticking together. Do you think i should use less water than what the line calls for? I had done 2 cups (the cup provided) of rice and filled the water to the 2 line.
Good review. There is obviously tweaking needed on their UI / UX. The high pressure mode should always be giving cook time feedback for each mode. It doesn't appear to be doing that. Even on the non pressure mode there were modes that were not giving cook time feedback. That should be consistent across mode selection.
Also, will you explain how this can be used to make chicken/ meat with vegetables and potatoes type of thing? I'm not sure what buttons to press to cook a dinner or a soup. I would really appreciate your help. My model is the crp-rt0609f. Your video was the best i saw of anyone explaining the cuckoo😃
so this isn't a slow cooker like an instant pot, so I haven't used this for anything other than rice but I would assume the porridge setting would be similar for making a stew?
@@aznsensation44 you might be right. I didn't like that the rice came out on the pasty side. Do you think I should try to use less water than what the water line calls for? Or it doesn't make the rice of the consistency like it would be in an Indian or halal restaurant? What do you think?
