I made this delicious drink this morning, will drink two a day for 2 weeks and see how much I can lose. I will incorporate some exercising and weight lifting 🏋️💪🏽. I prefer blending so that the pulp can act as fiber that slows down the release of fructose in the apples as well as keeps me fell satiated longer.
