Ingredients:
Cucumber - 2 nos.
lemon - 1 squeezed
ginger - small piece
mint leaves
sugar as needed (Avoid sugar when taken as weight loss drink)
salt
Method of preparation:
Take 2no. of cucumbers, cut into pieces and put in a blender. Add one lemon juice, mint leaves, small piece ginger, sugar and cold water as required and blend well. Sieve the juice with a strainer and add cold water as needed. Add a pinch of salt to the juice. Finally add one green chilly slit (as shown in the video) and stir well. Finally again sieve the juice and pour in a glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and mint leaves. Tasty and healthy refreshing cucumber juice is ready to drink.
Please note this cucumber juice can be consumed for weight loss by skipping out sugar.
