Few years later, I finally have the Cuisinart Power Advantage Hand Mixer but it’s in a 5 Speed model back in November 2019 and I love it! Now I do have a big KitchenAid Stand Mixer that I purchased back in November 2020 and I’ve been using a lot but I’m ready to break out the little Hand Mixer especially for smallest job like you mentioned! I know this was a few years ago but Thanks for the review!
Thanks! Glad it was helpful to you! :) I love this mixer and use it often. I recently made homemade pizza dough with the dough hooks and it worked great! Don't forget your 20% off coupon if you've got one. Thanks for watching! :-)
Thank you! I'm glad you found the video helpful! I love this mixer, it's very efficient at every task I've used it for. It has a nice strong motor. Thanks for watching! :)
You're welcome! I'm glad this was helpful to you. :) I didn't think I'd like any other mixer after using a Kitchenaid but this Cuisinart has a lot more power. And if you're mixing something extra thick and the mixer starts to get bogged down, the motor will send more power to the beaters so it can regain the speed to the setting you're using. It's a great tool! :) Thanks for watching and commenting!
You're welcome, glad my video was helpful to you! I also have a Kitchenaid stand mixer which I LOVE but the hand mixer didn't feel like it had much power. This Cuisinart has really performed well. I've had it for about a year and a half and it has powered through everything, even pizza dough. The dough hooks are fun to use! Thanks for watching and commenting! :)
Purchased this mixer after being totally frustrated with a mixer that had only 3 speeds fast, fast and fast!! My initial issue with this Cuisinart was that all the images of the mixer snapped into the storage container shows no cord?? So just a little challenged trying understand how the cord was supposed to store.....nothing in instructions either? So, appreciated your video on how this mixer is intended to function including storing the cord.
What is the reason why mixer attachments are often keyed? There is no way for them to intersect and crash into each other either way. I always use the bigger hole if I need only one attachment but don't know why.
I don't know the exact purpose of this but I also have a Sunbeam mixer that is far less expensive that does not have the attachments keyed. It works great. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful on this topic.
You mentioned about the 20 percent email, they only give you that when you sign up for bed and bath and beyond, and that's a $25 or something a month membership for a year. Please update your video or mention it in your blob. The mixer is very good quality ☺
I get 20% coupons in the mail regularly from BBB without having to pay a fee. They have a program called, Beyond Plus that has a $29 fee but there is no fee to sign up for coupons to be mailed to you or emailed. Beyond Plus is a completely separate program from their usual coupon offers. Go to their website to read the information on coupons and offers.
I realize the original comment is older but wanted to point out that the $29 fee is Annual. With it you get 20% off everything (with a few exceptions like Nespresso pods), and free shipping on all orders! When I signed up my first order saved me $12 so I knew it would be no time before it paid for itself. If you don’t shop there often and don’t get the coupons, ask your friends and family to pass theirs on to you if they aren’t using them. You’ll be surprised at how many you wind up with!
It's easy and takes just a few seconds to wipe down the cord with a damp cloth and dish soap. And, unless you are mixing something with the bowl sitting on the floor, the cord doesn't even touch the floor.
@@MegaBarbaraj Are the beaters loose when installed in the motor? They also have to be inserted correctly, they are not interchangeable. Hope this helps.
@@helpfulnatural Yes. I followed the instructions. I just feel that they are inferior, and I can't believe that my daughter paid so much, and assumed that it was a quality product. I was making xmas cookies, and tried to cream softened butter, and sugar! Pretty basic! I'm going to toss this one.
