Omg you are amazing got this blender as a gift and in the box there was no instructions for that lever. Omg what a tool.. but thanks for the explanation
Percolators typically use a coarser grind setting. I would start near the right side (coarse grind) of the dial, then make adjustments from there to your liking. I use the coarsest setting for cold brew which works very well. Hope this helps.
The only difference between this grinder and the Cuisinart DBM8 is the style of the burrs. Otherwise the settings are identical. (I have another video comparing the two grinders.) For percolators, start at the coarse end of the dial and make adjustments from there. Hope this helps.
Oh no. I pulled that lever OUT to open it, and I was looking for the intended way to reset it. Removing and then reinstalling the two screws made it work, for the record.
I had to use 1 1/2 lb. When I press Quick Bread it won’t let me adjust. I even tried adjusting before I pressed Quick Bread but it went to 11/2 when I set QB still a n the machine and hoping ok.
@@helpfulnatural plenty of room and came out fine. A little dense and very moist. I think it should have cooked a little longer but my husband said it was perfect!
@@zumbamac1 If your machine has a 'bake only' cycle, you can use it after the regular quick bread cycle is finished. Poke the center of the bread with a toothpick or skewer, if it comes out wet, reset your machine and use the bake only cycle to finish it off. You won't need the entire 1 hour cycle though so keep checking for doneness every 8-10 minutes and stop it when the loaf is done.
@@helpfulnatural I did poke it and it was not wet so maybe the super moistness is making me think it needed to cook longer. Thanks for the tip on adding time with the bake cycle. I will probably leave this alone but might need to add time n some other recipe. I will say it’s the best banana bread I have ever had!
Just imagine that! Your review made me want to have one as well. Pancakes are fine but a waffle or two on a cold Chicago winters morning..comfort. More coffee please.
In Wisconsin here and can definitely relate to the cold winter mornings. I love this waffle iron! I especially love that it makes square waffles which is great for waffling grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. 😋
This model is the Oster 6 cup size with the DuraCeramic pot. Unfortunately, Oster discontinued the ceramic coating and changed to a Teflon lining. The newer Teflon model can be found at Target or amazon.
This made me so happy 👏🏻🥰 They really do need our help in the summer. You could also put some rocks in for the bees to sit on while hydrating ❤ They will love you and your garden for it 😊
Have you tried to google the make/model number/manual? Many times you can access it that way or if your bread machine model is on amazon, they may have a link to the manual on the product's page.
i’m trying to just regularly iron, not steam, my pants but the iron isn’t getting hot. i have it on the highest temp, but it only gets to warm. is that how it’s supposed to be or am i doing something wrong?
How old is your iron? If it's less than 6 months old, I'd return it or contact Black + Decker if you are out of the return window. This iron gets scorching hot, it sounds like something could be wrong with it.
I just tried my laundry soap out and I’m definitely satisfied! I washed towels on cold water and my towels smell better then using tide free…they smell clean without a scent! thank you for this video!
It looks magical in pictures but the snow from this storm was extremely heavy where we lost quite a few branches from our trees in the front yard. One tree in particular looks a bit sparse on one side due to all the breakage.
Can I use less sugar.? I would love to make banana bread but the amount of sugar is a scary prospect for me. I am going to buy my first bread machine tomorrow. Love the video and thanks for posting.
You could cut the amount of sugar in half if you'd like. However it may change the texture of the finished bread, just so you are aware. Thanks for watching. 🙂
Wow love this recipe you shared! Can’t wait to get a bread maker machine and use your exact delicious looking recipe for banana bread one of my favorites! Yummy 😋 Ty ❤ Dulce
You can bake this recipe in the oven as well, but you need to used 2 (greased) loaf pans. If poured all into one pan it will rise up and spill over and burn on the oven floor.
@@helpfulnatural thank you for the great tip. Btw, you inspired me to order the same bread maker, model and style which I researched and found online and should be receiving it soon. Yayyyy!!! Ty again! 🥰
Hi there I’m making your recipe today it’s still baking lol house smells like bananas yummy 😋 I’ll let you know how it all works out. I used sour cream and walnuts instead of pecans and yogurt. We shall see. I’ll keep you posted! 🙏 ty for sharing you’re a very talented baker! 👩🍳

Thanks. And thank you for your kind comment about my Romeo. Unfortunately, we lost him a few months ago. I miss him every single day. We planted a golden maple tree in his yard outside my office window to honor him. 💔🍁
@@helpfulnatural OMG! I’m so sorry to hear that. I’ve had dogs all my life so I know what the passing of a beloved does to you. It’s so hard! Sending you so much love ❤️🙏🏽
Great review thanks! I’m torn between the Oster Pro 1200 and the Oster Vacuum Blender. I love the glass jar of the Pro but also love that you get a quality blend from the Vacuum tho it’s plastic.
@@helpfulnatural yea, I think I’m gonna go with the Pro 1200. Love my daily smoothies. Your review really helped, keep up the good work! Love how thorough you are :) Thank you!
Thank you so much for this review it was really helpful for me because I just got mine and didn't know how to go about it. So this was really really helpful for me I appreciate it😊👍
The moths entered my house via bags of corn-based kitty litter. When I unsealed the bag(s), they flew out and made themselves at home. Using the fly strips, I finally got rid of them which took several years. I also got rid of some cardboard boxes where they were nesting. I'll never buy WBCL again, that's for sure.
So I got one for $2 at the secondhand store did everything in the video, not only did it not open up I got a little under 2 cups of popcorn and a whole lot of unpopped kernels. I must say I’m going back to the stovetop method.
When I bought this a long time ago, I wanted to get away from microwave popcorn and all the chemicals. After several months of using it only a couple times per month, it started falling apart. 🤨 I now make popcorn in a brown lunchbag in the microwave. There are always a few unpopped kernels but for the most part it works very well.
In the video I stated 4 ice cubes, 1c. water, a handful each of spinach & pineapple & half of 1 banana. You don't have to really measure anything. Just leave room at the top for the blade assembly when it's attached.
It is a fun project, isn't it? 🙂 I also love how effective it is at cleaning & stain removal. I've been making this detergent for more than 10 years and still love it. In the beginning I used to stir up the gel with a yard stick. I now use a paint mixer attachment with a power drill. Way more efficient and makes the mixture more consistent.
