i use mine at least once a month. it's awesome! i've made the corn bread waffle in the recipe book and put chili on it. also made an omelette. love this machine.
"This exactly how I like it!" (Comes out looking disfigured). I decided against this wafflemaker because I wanted something more accommodating to ingredients that are not fluid. Notice there were no blueberry waffles in there.
Buy the Presto Flip (manual 1 flip iron the cheapest one I got mine from Walmart) I freaking love the waffles I make in this machine. I forgot it was in there one day was not even burn't after six minutes crispy outside and soft middle. 5 Stars
@@klownvandamn7946 i agree, i went with the round Cuisinart. Though I find it can’t take batter too thick, unlike a conventional waffle maker. But the convenience is worth it I think.
Got one for Christmas and tried to make one up. But my thing only makes half waffles using one of the recipes in the book. I fill the measuring cup to the top and pour it in. What have I done wrong?
Jeff Massi Call your waffle maker customer service line and ask them if there was anything you did wrong. They made the item so you should get some helpful usage information from them so you will not experience any problems again. Good Luck!
I agree that it depends on thickness of batter. Belgian waffles require Belgian WAFFLE MIX, not regular mix. Using regular mix may be part of the problem.
I have one of these. It does a good job. However...it limits you to use of thin batters for obvious reasons. I made the mistake of trying a nice recipe that calls for the egg whites to be beaten and folded in. Too thick. Wouldn’t seep down into the cooker. Also, you can’t have a batter with too much oil/butter. I used the recipe in the book and butter ran out all over the base.
