I make almost everything from scratch and have not allowed bisquick in my kitchen for years. And I HATE Belgian waffle makers. Give me the real waffles machines anytime.
You are welcome. I found a real waffle maker on Amazon last night and will get it. And per Alton Brown (though I no longer like him any more) it's round and not one of the stupid flip kind that seem to serve no purpose other than increasing the price. Thanks
Using store-brand shortcuts, rather than your own recipe from scratch, is a shortcut to a sleepless night, filled with bloating and other discomforts. Store brands are not as healthy unless they are non-gmo, or at least organic, which should be on the packaging . A fact of life that shouldn't be ignored, if you want to live a longer, healthier life without gmo's and additves.
