Cult of Luna - A Dawn to Fear (FULL ALBUM) 

So one year since this record came out, and it's definitely one of my favorites. I the week that my cat died was when this was released and it was very fitting for how I was feeling, because she was basically my reason for sanity during a very dark part of my life that was ruled by alcohol and self loathing. When she died I was worried I wouldn't be able to control myself and start drinking again, and then this album came out with the title "A Dawn To Fear" and it just hit so perfectly. It helped me see that I was too afraid of living with almost nothing (or so I thought) and I decided to make a change in my life and start practicing being more grateful for the things I have and the relationships I have.

This band got me through the worst of times. I'm thankful to be alive because of this music. Every single record has been such a blessing to music. Thank you guys

Nightwalkers is probably one of the best Cult of Luna songs ever.

Definitely their best since salvation and somewhere along the highway. I think to truly understand how great these guys are is to see them live. I saw them 6 years ago and no one has topped them since. They have an amazing light show and they create an atmosphere like no other band you’ll ever see live.

This is a gem. Seriously. Tragic, tortured, dark and beautiful

Brilliant album, like all of their records made at a high level of professionalism and creativity. Partially reminded me of the Somewhere Along The Highway and Salvation

The Fall could be their best track so far.. and after 20 years of great music this is an unexpected present they made us.

"The fall" was the best way to close the album and its melody is always stuck on my head.

All the album is mind blowing but "A Dawn to Fear" gives me thrills every time I listen to it. Just beautiful.

Lights on the Hill is so damn good. I love this album!

When I listen to Cult, it feels like home. Like a cat purring, it's soothing. Saw them twice and it's something you have to do in your life. Their show at La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris was amazing!

2019 has to be one of the best year for metal

The Fall is so good it hurts.

Whenever I hear a thick bass sound right in the beginning, I understand it is going to be a nice audio journey.

The more i listen the more that i realize how much i truly love this band. The sounds that they make are like none other. Their sound reaches deep into the soul.

So happy I was able to see Cult of Luna live before the pandemic. I'll forever see this as the soundtrack to the apocalypse. My neck is still a little tweaked from the headbanging. \m/

Cult of luna is the only band that fills my ISIS gap

I love that this is the same band that created Mariner with Julie Christmas. This is different, yet has some of the same themes. More mature, controlled, thick, heavy, assured. Thanks Cult of Luna for keeping on!

This album was all I listened to for several months. Perfect go-to album for any mood.

Out of all of the new albums that have dropped so far, including the new tool, this album is by far my favorite out of all of them. It's just too bad it won't get the recognition that some of the others have.

Better than I could have ever hoped for! It's crazy how much hype Tool are getting for their damp squib of a new album (and I'm a fan!) when this masterful work seemingly appears to be going under the radar. Unfair!
