Health and wellness has been one of my top three goals this quarter. The fitness app on my Apple Watch was a total game changer with those fireworks rings when I meet all my goals. I definitely walk more now because I want to see those fireworks rings 😂😂🙌🏼❤️ I’m tracking my health stuff in a planner dedicated just for that.

I can track everything fitness and for some reason it makes it more tangible to me so it inspires me even more to track it. I still struggle to make habits with some of my health stuff but it’s always a goal in progress 😅 I love Powersheets. They’re coming soooon for 2025! So excited ❤️
Please do not worry about your water intake, everything you eat and drink count. If you are not thirsty you are fine. Get some sodium in you first thing in the morning and just drink when thirsty. It's the dave Ramsey baby steps for health. Move step by step, one goal at a time. Recommend huberman lab for health related videos. Just got a cultivate what matters planner and excited to try it for 2024. Good luck in your life. Pause, breath and then keep moving.
