The roast chicken, a classic, humble dish for when you've got a lot of mouths to feed. I've got a great little hack for you here, for an added flavour boost to the cooking process. Just use your fingers with a spatula to carefully separate the skin down the breast meat, and squeeze in some sausage meat in a smooth layer that will cook to perfection while also insulating the breast meat. Super tasty. You've got to give it a go!
