Heroes that leave their moto tubes hanging from trees in the middle of nowhere after they got a flat. You bought a tube with you, take the flat one out. Getting a flat is not a hero move, it suggests you don't ride so good.

It's funny tastes are so different when it comes to sound. I hate diesel noises. Sounds like friggin bus or something. They sound like they are broken (or currently breaking down) constantly. Every time I drive a diesel I think it's breaking down. And I work with diesel engines.

No it can't, but you can help a bit by not using a super wide-angle lens or setting, and getting the camera up higher. Shoulder height looks flat as. Use trees, banks or even a step ladder to get up higher.

Agreed. I found myself wishing they had a ball on some string taped to the headliner as a visual reference for people. Only real way to capture it fully on video is to have the horizon in the frame/shot.

@@nbtmx1 gale definitely knows that p-pumps can't be tunes down to zero smoke n still make good power newer computer controlled yes but not a p-pump it cleans up under boost which means it's about as good as it's gonna get

Woody, mate. You got to be very careful, slippery condition and 3 tonne trucks - running behind or alongside can get you injured if you slip or if the truck slides and bumps. I’ve seen a person dragged under a 4WD in those conditions, you know that saying about chewed up and spit out. Yeah, that.

Sams rig sounds badass! Got a sweet nasty growl to it. And it's awesome seeing you (Al) finally able to go offroading and really enjoying the vehicle to its full potential. All that hard work pays off when you can go out and have fun with your mates. I'm happy for you that you finally built something for yourself and can enjoy it.

The reason Al's Patrol had such an easy time is it had more gravity, and more gravity = more traction! The "Al concentration face" was a definite highlight.

Hey Al and Woody. Your Patrol is a beast. Great build mate. Only advice you need for 4x4 driving is keep your momentum up. Weather your climbing hills or bogging swamp holes. Once you giver the beans stay on the loud pedal. Consistant smooth throttle. When you let off and then get back on the throttle that's when you break axles especially with a torque monster like your Cummins Patrol. And a magic rope on the front doesn't hurt.

Dude als patrol is an absolute tank. Hanging a 1000lb motor over the fully locked front axle does wonders for traction when it’s slippery. I would have to turn around on my tenere 700 I’d have crashed probably like 10 times in that mud.

Great work woody, it’s hard to film 4wding, when are we seeing your fourby? floor mats are a must unless you never venture outside the city, still cant believe the amount of rubbish stooges leave behind everywhere these days. Good job Al on the drive , I started with a bone stock Hilux as my first 4WD and it could outperform me, many rigs later now and twin locked v8 80 and I think I’m about matched on its ability and mine.
