How was the oil plan clearance when it was aired out? I’m doing the same thing right now with a square body crew cab with a 2gen Cummins front frame clip
Did you check the front axle to see if it was straight? Those 3 piece dana 60's are notorious for bending with very little abuse. I retubed a few and they were real bad.
I love this project, and it’s a great reference... but those threaded heim bungs are supposed to fit *inside* the pipe, not end-welded to the pipe. I’m just over here admiring the truck, but waiting for your joints to snap.
