Tip for getting nitrous bottles filled: Wrap a wet towel around the bottles and freeze them overnight in a deep freeze. Haul them inside of a cooler to get em filled. They hold allot more when they're frozen. I did that for years on my boat, works very well. fyi

I have a 1988 351w 4x4.. will my frame be able to hold up with a 12v swap? I see a lot of chassis swaps when it comes to this I'm very confused/ concerned if I should even attempt this

That's similar to what I'm doing. I picked up a 1997 dodge 2500 12v 5 speed that has 40 inch tires and a big lift for $1,500. The truck roller over once and the towing company towed it away and the owner never paid the towing company and instead just gave them the title so the towing company sold it to me for $1,500. After about an hour I got it running and driving just fine. I'm now in the process of putting a 1983 dodge w350 crew cab body onto the chassis (which is straight after the roll over). So in the end it's gonna be a 1983 dodge W350 crew cab 12v cummins 5 speed on 40 inch tires and I'm not sure the lift size but it's big enough for the frame to line up with my dads semi trucks haha

im building this truck with my dad...well ive got a 1979 f150 ranger {they are fullsize) with a 01' 24v cummins and Allison with 1993 dodge 1 ton axels with 9" air bags and 3" body lift and 6" normal lift 200hp injectors and a sequencial turbo setup with 12" tip its the shit its got all 4 link suspension too the Allison is a at545 and it all came out of the bus so its an industrial one too
