Nah, more like a european system where you have a green party, a social democratic party, a neo liberal party, a center conservative party and a hard left and hard right party. Then these parties have to look for coalitions and partnerships to get the majority vote. It's not perfect but much more balanced than a 2 party system. It would also demand from politicians that they are capable of working together and to make compromises. The biggest issue is the corporate lobbyist money in the political system though.
