The differences in this one are kind of subtle. Phase 1: The yarn balls shoot faster, and they're more spread out while flying. The Crossbones come back at a different pattern (usually its Bottom, middle, top, but on Expert, it's Miidle Bottom Top) The Fire Hydrants are shot earlier (it's usually on a HP Threshold. It's less HP on Expert) The Tennis Balls are more frequent, but it looks like they fall at the same speed. Phase 2: The Puppies fly counterclockwise, instead of clockwise. They also shoot the letters more often, and the ones that can be parried are less frequent. Phase 3: The Lasers shoot way faster, and the ones that can be Parried are sometimes fired second instead of last. More Dog Bowls are spawned while sideways. Overall HP increase.

I have seen a lot of people saying that this boss is the most easy to S-rank. Probably for the multiple things to parry, so players can do a lot of Ex moves and use Super attacks more frequently. The bones, the bowow letters and the lasers. Also with Heart Ring you can get the 6HP easily
the changes i noticed were Phase 1: the catzooka shots seems to be faster but also more spread out and the bone tattoo patterns have more variety with their patterns, also the hydrants might be faster but it's a bit hard to tell since the regular version doesn't get to the rest of them. Phase 2: they move counter clockwise rather than clockwise and the shot's might be faster but again it's a bit hard to tell Phase 3: guaranteed 2 lines of lasers are shot with the chance of a third one and instead of alternating between 5 and 6 dog bowls it's alternating between 7 and 8

More subtle than expected. Seems like projectile cooldown is lowered across the board, with some phases having more projectiles in each attack as well. Doesn't look like HP was increased, just slower as the player had more stuff to dodge. (Also the fellow playing is ace, nice no hits)

you're on the wing of the plane in the boss and in sonic 2 sonic is on the wing of the tornado when tails fly's it also there's a zone in sonic where you have to destroy badniks in the air and sonic and tails are flying the tornado
