The Ateca Cupra is spectacular, but hearing your voice is sublime, it is actually music to my ears

Took delivery of a Cupra Ateca in June 2020, great drive, goes like a stabbed rat 🐀 and turns heads with the Power Ranger badge. But that engine is so sweet and revvy and the exhaust makes a great noise when it burps. Internal finish is a touch low rent (I’ve had both a VW and an Audi in the past and they are definitely better built) but, considering it shares the same platform as the Porsche Macan for around £14,000 less, who cares! Seats are V comfy as well. Yeah, I am happy with this beast.

Another outstanding review about a car I may never own, but still many will. I think in a future review of whatever car you should do it barefoot, but don’t mention it. It would be a quiet joke to all your jokes. Anyway; thanks for the escape again. Peace, Love & Mischief!

Anna, Why don't you make more videos with mazdas? The Mazda CX-5 is one of today's best-selling SUV in the world. I've never seen any cx-5 analysis on your channel, except the snow trip. Mazda has the best cars in the world with a magnificent design. Big kiss!

Great review. I “only” have the Ateca Xcellence Lux but they are great handling cars and good for European road trips. Happy new year.

Anna is just gorgeous. Great sense of humour, too. I’m definitely in love. I like the car, I don’t love it- would still prefer a German rival, just seem a bit higher quality.

I have never heard of the Cupra until now. Also have never seen it sold in the USA.

Great review, I agree with your conclusion as I have one. Volume control on steering wheel is easiest way than on head unit. Loss of sd slots annoying!

Great review 😁 I think this face lift cupra ateca looks slightly better than the older one. Pretty practical, yet quick SUV. The other plus: is Cupra options are limited so to spec this car is cheap compared to other motor manufacturers. Thanks again Anna.

Great review Anna. Nice looking SUV. I guess it might have a soft rev limiter so you can't get the top rev range noises like so many cars are getting these days which won't help and the other one is in the UK and it might the same in other countries they want quieten car engine and exhaust noises for some strange reason. Which is really annoying. But as you said, might as well get the Akrapovic exhaust if it sounds a lot better. Great video. All the best. :-)

Classy review, as ever. Nice enough car. I don't really get the Cupra thing though. A sporty-er sub-brand of Seat that is itself a sporty-er sub-brand of VW. Seems contrived. Surely just a Tiguan R for Spaniards? Poland (?) looking good, must get the bike over there. Gotta be less speed cameras than the UK.

Seems this is the most sexy family SUV on the market and leading the way in this list of shame. I'll never understand the concept of SUV in general and mini SUVs in particular but still learning (and crossing my fingers each time at the rental car desk not to get one of these).

Hi Anna, does this use torque vectoring along with AWD ? Seems like you don’t notice any body roll swinging it through the corners. Great video otherwise 😊. This would actually sell like hot cakes in the crossover crazed USA. Personally though, I’m going for the seat Leon Cupra with that sexy hatchback look 😎.

Cupra branding feels somewhat artificially boosted, unfortunately, that's the only way how to be a bit profitable in this segment, as e.g. Renault's approach with Alpine, which made entirely initial cars seems to be gone forever.
