Cupra Born: The Hot Hatch is Back! 

Nice review. The Cupra Born is a bit like the Kia Ceed GT, a warm hatch (which is a good car especially the first generation). Its good with a mix of practical EV with looks that don't put people off like some other EV's. Like someone put in the comments it looks a bit like an ICE car which is a good thing. Very much like a Golf GTI, Focus ST or Hyundai I30N, a mid size family car that puts a smile on the drivers face after dropping the kids off. I have ordered one in medium spec as I think prices will go up soon as demand increases (4000 plus sold in the UK already I believe?). It all depends what you want from an EV as the Tesla 3 is now £48k starting price with similar range as the Born. My ordered car is under £38k with the bigger Tech pack so is the Tesla worth £10k more? Some might say it looks better or more futuristic but that is personal choice and for me I don't like the Tesla screen which does everything. I do know of Tesla 3's that have had new battery packs and motors as well as infotainment screen issues but the Born might also have problems that we do not know about. I do know the Cupra Born App isn't working properly.
