@6:03 That isn't just any kind of cake. That's a "bolo di kashupete" (If I remember correctly) And it is made mostly with cashews. Plus it's very laborious to make. And don't even get me started on "bolo pretu" where the fruits and nuts are soaked in rum overnight. Both of these cakes are mostly meant for special occasions, like a wedding.
