What kind of paint was used to paint the siding? And did you say that was vinyl?

I believe they are all noted in the video. I think the white is Greek Villa, there isn’t a stain, just clear coat on cedar wood, and I’m n to sure about the green...hopefully I mentioned it in the video!

Nice look but I would not have given them potted plants that they have to water every day in their environment. I use ferns in the Pacific Northwest but I think they said they were in Utah. But I guess it is the same as hanging baskets, in our area that take watering every day or every second day in the hottest days of summer. Overall, it looks great.

Are houses that are flat to the ground like this in dry climates? just seems like there should be some type of elevation for the house to sit on - hmmm

It's on a slab, but we are definitely NOT a dry climate - rainiest in the country actually!

@@CatherineArensberg I figured that out after I saw some other videos of yours - so people don't have problems w/ flash floods there (?) - In my area , we get flooding not every year but often enough .....My Dad put his house high enough to walk around underneath the house and avoid having to scoot around on the dirt - there were newer houses that were closer to grade than that in our area but it wasn't unusual for a snake to invite themselves in through a sliding glass door (my dad said that was just asking for trouble hahaha)

@@marjoriejudge5348 We definitely have flash floods from time to time, but I think we get enough consistent rain that our soil can handle the extra rain when it comes. Plus, we gutter the homes and I guess the city is majorly on top of drainage and sewers. I dunno LOL! I never thought about it to be honest til you mentioned it! Maybe we do have our stuff together around here!
