I too have lactoce intolerance, i can't digest milk, but i can easily digest yogurt & curd

@@KumailAliVines but the one thing is that milky mist yogurt ingredients shows which contains milk and milk solids. Why? That's why I am confused

Lactose gets broken down when milk becomes curd. So that some lactose intolerant people can have curd. Lactose intolerance is like a spectrum.

@@KumailAliVines coz milk contain lactose while during fermentation lactose converts to lactobaccilus and form dahi
