If Organic Oliva told me to bath in tomato soup...guess what? IM FINNA DO IT😂😂 ....but srsly she is so knowledgeable. I learn sooo many things when I watch her videos.
dude I'm literally sitting here w treatment all over my face chugging water, just took turmeric & l-lysine... then this pops up! i was so inspired by her last vid, it changed my mentality on how i treat my skin & body! I'm so pumped to watch this, wow what timing!
Your first video really helped me understand and get to the root of my acne problem (so thank you). When I saw you were making an updated video, I was so anxious to watch it, learn from it and apply to my skin regimen. It did not disappoint. I know this sounds dramatic, but you changed my life for the better and I am forever grateful to you, Olivia.
Thank you so much for not putting any ads in this video!! I have been suffering from acne for years, and I am definitely trying a new regime after watching this video. Thank you, Olivia, at the bottom of my heart for putting out content like this to help so many people.

Hi from Sweden :D, I just want to say that you gave me hope again. I was so tired and sad that nothing works, but now i'm positive and want to give this a chance. So thank you for this video
you mention so many amazing things but i cant get all of them right now, if you HAD to boil it down to a couple gut health, and like 3 skincare products...which would you choose? xo
Been using her liver juice for almost two months and you guys it’s amazing!! Also been a subscriber since your first video!! I am so thankful for your channel and products thanks for a updated video on acne for us!! So so so so informative!!
Oh my gosh, THANK YOU for making this SUPER INFORMATIVE video on how to tackle and heal acne. I am honestly SO grateful, deep down from my heart. Please continue educating us through your channel, subscribed! (Would love to know more about the vitamin/ mineral you mentioned that deserved its own video, as well as acne!)
This is so helpful! You’re so intelligent and you speak so well. Can you please do a video on PCOS and what you’ve learned through school? A lot of this seems like a lot to manage (do this, don’t do that, take these supplements, don’t take that, always watch your diet etc.) but your approach seems very sensible and less overwhelming. Thanks you for sharing 💛
This video was amazing and the most Indepth and spot on I’ve found anywhere. You’re incredibly knowledgeable and will help so many people. THANK YOU for this gift of a video.
Your research & organization of information makes my heart so happy! Looking forward to taking my skin health to the next level! Thank you! I was curious what rose water do you prefer as well as what serum do you use in the morning?
I love you so much!!!! I can see the difference day by day if I don't take the vit A supplement that I have. As well, if I don't take my heavy folate and B6 complex. The ACV toner is awesome if you need to keep cost down and I'm waiting for my roses to bloom so I can make my own rosewater :) Thank you so much for doing this I'm going to re-watch this again when my current skin care is low so that I can focus on healing. Stress 100% contributed to my current break outs but man do I need to put myself first and get back on the skin care game. You're a gem, love you girl :)
Amazing video as always!!! I missed this kind of videos so much and I am so happy that I am already using a lot of this things and they also helped my acne and are keeping it away now that im pregnant!! Taking rosita cod liver oil, using indie lee toner, double cleansing, agent nateur holi water and holic, etc. Since im pregnant i cant use some things but last weeks i bought the gloop instant facial with a discount so i can use after the baby is born and im so excited to see you recommend it!!! Heading now to your website to order my probiotics and try your new supplement for pregnancy!!! Thank you for all your wisdom, you helped me so much during last years getting healthy and preparing my body for this baby :)
Great video! Have to take a look at your products. Just a few questions, how much Zinc to take a day? Do you take it everyday? Also, my hair is falling out a lot, I don’t care much about growing long hair (I already have long hair), what I don’t have is thick hair. What can help thicken hair? And slow the rate of shedding? Thanks! So happy to see this video!
Olivia has a product called Mane Magic. People have been seeing amazing results from it. She's always posting people's reviews of it on her Instagram stories. I'd definitely check it out.
Wow! This is great, thank you for so much in-depth information! Although, I have to admit, I feel a bit overwelmed now and don't really know where to start. What is especially confusing to me is which supplements to combine or not combine (if they cancel each other out) and when is the best time to take them.
I’ve supplemented on some of the things she mentioned on this video namely vit b complex, magnesium and zinc, and it helped tremendously with breakouts. I wanna add probiotics and vit a as well but i don’t have budget for that yet
I've been a follower for years and I appreciate all the information you share with the world . Thank you so much for updating your skincare routine! I truly loved it.
Thank you so much for this information! Such a thorough video. I have most acne on my cheeks and some on my chin. I cut dairy out of my diet and started taking probiotics and it’s definitely helped but I still have some acne left that I want to get rid of. I also have a strong feeling that I have endometriosis so I feel like that’s something else that’s messing with my hormones. What would you suggest my next step be?
Hi Olivia. I am new to you and your products but I have ordered your liver juice and your parapro which I am currently taking. I watched your first video on acne and it has definitely helped me. You are a wealth of knowledge and I am so grateful for all you have done to not only heal yourself but to help the rest of us heal as well. I will definitely try these skincare and supplement tips. :-)
Thank you SO much for this information!! Some of the supplements you talked about are already on their way. I would legit pay you for your daily supplement intake routine, not just for acne but for everything!! This would help me out a whole lot... love your soul & mission on this planet.
Most of my life I never had acne. I’ve always been fit and tried maintaining myself. Im now 31 and I’m on 3 months of healthy eating( cut out all sugars, processed stuff, soda, junk food etc, and my face is coming back to what it was. I take black seed oil, and other herbs and just started using your recommendation of L-Lysene and you’re info and help is making the process even faster! Thank you so much you awesome beautiful angel you! :)) PS: what an angel 👀 sheesh lol
I also tried taking zinc even with a full meal in my stomach and I actually would throw up, and if I didn't throw up I would feel so sick in my stomach. Any suggestions?
What would you suggest for perioral dermatitis and forehead breakouts? I am already GF and dairy free and take probiotics. I cut way back on sugar and caffeine already. I also was seeing a rheumatologist for lupus and fibromyalgia. Thanks in advance for all the knowledge 💕 such a huge help!
Extremely informative video, thank you very much! I would like to know if you checked your vitamin and mineral levels before you started experimenting with supplements? Is it safe to take them without medical examination? And one more question; how do you take those supplements throughout the day? All at once or what? I will be very pleased if you answer to me because I m suffering from pretty much every issue you are referring to in this video!
You're so welcome! I come from a lifetime of gut issues (tons of antibiotics as a kid, gut infections such as parasites that went undiagnosed for years, etc) so I have pretty poor absorption of nutrients across the board. My functional MD took one look at my tongue (which is very scalloped with a deep crack in the stomach area) and said I need to fill in as many gaps as possible. I supplement with her supervision so definitely ask your practitioner, although look for one who is functional or integrative and knows their stuff. I take the B complex with breakfast and magnesium & zinc with lunch cause you need to take zinc with a meal. Any of my tinctures I take in between meals and the cod liver oil/probiotic is before bed!
Wow! Thank you for sharing all this amazing information! You provided such a comprehensive, detailed treatment plan along with scientific explanations that were easy to understand. I am already doing some of the things you suggest and also using some of the same products and I will add in your other suggestions. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this in-depth informative guide❤️! How much vitamin A were you taking? I know this should be advised with a functional practitioner, but i still wonder what was your intake.
Amazing video! Thank you so much for sharing. However, i’m really wondering how do you take all these supplements? All together? If I were to start slowing (now I take liver juice, mood and magic mane) how should I incorporate the supplements you’ve mentioned here ? Can I start taking all of them right away?
So smart, so informative, and much appreciated!!!! Love you, love your products (Probiotic, Brain Juice, Liver Juice, Mane Magic on standby) and love the knowledge you share with us so we can be more informed!
I’m so glad you made this video update. It’s so inline with what I’ve been learning and putting into practice with visible results since your first acne video. The vitamin A info is icing on the cake BUT - and you just know you are going to get this question to the end of time from all the vegans and veggies out there... you stated so clearly it needs to be animal liver to get that pure retinol but what is the best plan b for people who can’t bring themselves to buy and consume cod liver for the sake of their skin?
Amazing video Olivia. Keep them coming! Very informative. do you have any suggestions on how to effectively get all the vitamin A I need to help with my acne on a vegan diet? Are supplements a good choice? Thanks again for the video!
would you pleeeeeeeease make a video about heavey hair lose due to leaving the pill and how and what are the steps to over come it so the hair grow back stronger
Your videos are always soo helpful and informative! Will these products work for any skin type? I have oily combination skin. Also do you have any alternative products under $30 that you would recommend. I can’t afford half the products on your description lol thank you in advance xoxo
Great video. It’s not clear when to take what supplements. Can you please clarify? I’ve just ordered all of them! I’ve been taking your Probiotic and will be reordering !
I have suffered from Candida, made much worse by taking Antibiotics for acne. After the Antibiotics, my skin got so much worse, and I began breaking out in places I never broke out (cheeks, temples, back). I am feeling so hopeless, I've tried apple cider vinegar, differin, benzoyl peroxide, and I've been on a mito-keto diet for two months. A blood test revealed I am low in omega 3's, vitamin d3, iron and zinc. I have been supplementing with zinc, but don't seem to absorb it. I also had extremely high (almost toxic) levels of b6. I know I have leaky gut caused by candida, and it is SO FRUSTRATING. Candida takes forever to kick, and the gut takes forever to heal. I've also been on probiotics for three months, and am barely seeing improvement. I feel like I'm doing everything I can, and I really need help!
Great video, so much info!! I am on a budget since I am back in school. I was wondering if you have used any other Eminence products, like the serums? They seem to be more in my price range but I have not heard anything about this company until I watched your videos.
I just sent an email and forgot to add one more question lol what do you do if you workout the next morning/mid day? I know you do the routine at night and the spray and serum in the morning so when you shower after the gym what do you do then? Love the vid!!! took sooo many notes!
This is the most informative, complete, and holistic information I've ever found on acne, THANK YOU! I know you said Vitamin A is most found/concentrated in animal products...do you know of a vegan alternative that would still be effective?
Hi Olivia, Thank you for this video I struggle with acne and have since I’m a teenager. I have PCOS and have taken a lot of antibiotic, Accutane, the pill and Androcur (cyproterone acetate) which I stopped. I currently take probiotics, your liver juice and flow balance. I have some questions : What kind of zinc do you recommend ? (Picolinate or another ?) Is zinc OK for excess androgens ? Because some articles tell that zinc is good to boost testosterone so I’m scared that it exacerbate my acne. I’m also currently on your parapro formula and I take Urucum (which has vitamin A) while on the treatment. Do you think it’s OK/a good idea? Also, my sister has Crohn’s disease and a lot of back acne. What do you think and would recommend ? Thank you so so much in advance for your help I look forward to reading from you Maïté
I just ran to the store to purchase Lysine and zinc supplements! I will take Lysine twice a day but i'm unsure as to how much zinc to take because I know the side effects aren't that friendly.
Loved this video, you are definitely well educated and are super passionate about what you do . I know you mentioned your mom has Alzheimer’s and you give her certain supplements to try . My mom has mixed dementia and I believe food and vitamins and supplements have so much power to heal . Would you at all be willing to do a video on some information you found for your mother that’s helps with Alzheimer’s ?
Hey love! When do you apply the SPF? I am assuming at the end after your essence, or should i do the test on my hand to see which product goes in first? I had done it after the toner but i noticed after applying essence & the serum it left me with white streaks on my face . Love you your videos ❤️
Is it possible that concerta can cause acne? Because if so, I’m screwed. I can’t exactly stop taking it because I’m ADHD and can’t work without it 😭 I do notice that in the holidays, my skin pretty much clears up after three weeks being off concerta. This could also be due to way less stress. I also have an extremely slow gut due to recent UTI infections and taking anti-inflammatories (I get really bad migraines). That’s why I purchased your probiotic, except I don’t know if I can keep buying it since its quite expensive, especially on a currency exchange rate. Ughhh whyyy. This was a great video and I absolutely loved it!
I have a question... the days that you workout in the morning you still don't wash your face and just cleanse it with rose water and follow with spf? Is this enough? Right now i do this because i'm at gym rest but once i return to my workouts i really wonder what is the best approach since i always workout in the morning 🤔 thank u!!
I take a daily vitamin, it’s organic and lists almost every supplement you talk about. Is that ok or do you recommend taking things separately based on your needs?
Amazing video! I’ve had acne since I was 14 years old. I’ve tried everything, even accutane which cleared my skin for some months but ruined my life. Will never touch it again. I’m still trying to recover for what it did yo my body and my mind. So I was wondering if taking vitamin A like you suggest in your video will be bad for me ? Because the only difference is that accutane like you said is synthetic right? I hope I made sense. Thanks
I am SO freaking happy that you are letting everyone know how incredibly healing high quality animals foods can be. When you started talking about vitamin A I was about to be so disappointed that you weren't going to mention beef liver as the best source and then you did YAY!....lowering my carbs/sugar intake and eating high quality animal foods seriously are the only things that were able to cure my cystic acne, they even helped in plumping my skin, filling in scars with new collagen, fixing my digestive issues and even helping with brain fog and anxiety...I was vegan for 5 years and my health was ruined from it. There is no plant or fruit that can compare to the amount of bioavailable vitamins in liver and these other animal foods have. I also have the genetic polymorphism where my body has a hard time converting beta carotene into vitamin A
Hi Olivia! Do you think your flow balance will help with hormonal acne? Recently, i've been breaking out badly around my jaw and I NEVER do so im kinda freaking out here lol please respond!
Hey I put a couple drops of tea tree oil in my body wash and that helps a lot. I use a lufa and put dove body wash (just what I've always used) and I add 3-5 drops of the tto on the blob of bw and then suds it up in my hands first to make sure I mix it up well. This seems to help my chest/back. That and shower soon after working out! If i sweat at all or wear a bra for too long I will aaaalways break out where my straps are. Also I do the tto oil thing 2-3x per week. Start slow otherwise you'll fuck your shit up.
hey Olivia, what an amazing and really informative video! thank you so much for taking your time and doing a lot of research to put this all together! I just finished watching it and I'll definitely watch it a few more times. I'm currently doing quite a research on fungal acne and repairing the skin barrier function. As a teenager, I also dealt with a few forms of acne. Back then I solved these issues with a combination of diet (removing sugars as much as possible, fried foods, dairy and alcohol), taking supplements such as vitamin A & vitamin E (definitely vitamin A is a key factor in fighting acne) and a few IPL sessions. I enjoyed years of clear skin until I started using quite a few products with harsh ingredients which led to skin issues that were slightly different from what I experienced in my teens. Tricks that worked back then no longer seem to be efficient now and I have to be extremely careful with the ingredients that I put on my face. After doing a lot of reading, it seems that everything is pointing towards fungal acne and I have just started a new skincare routine and also trying to fix some internal imbalances and deficiencies that might cause all these issues. Fixing the gut, as you said, is another key element for healing so many conditions. Watching the second part of your video where you go through your new skincare routine, made me think a bit about my case a few years back when, after getting rid of acne and finally enjoying clear skin, I slowly started to want a more glowing and flawless skin and fell again in this trap of using so many products that promise wonders. Some do work but most of the times, from my own experience, I noticed that they slowly cause 'side effects' issues and will sensitize the skin. So I would advise you to try to stick to a routine that involves fewer products and fewer ingredients. I'm currently trying vitamin D supplementation as deficiency seems to be linked to sebum production and skin issues. any thoughts on this? also any thoughts on fungal acne?
Hi Olivia l was wondering is Zinc picolinate the ok with the vitamine A because regular zing make me dizzy and nauseous no matter the brand it seems like the picolinate is the one I can handle. Thanks my dear. X
This is super helpful but so much good info idk where to start haha! I’m on antibiotics right now (100 mg) and my skin is still not great. I have had some cystic acne on my cheeks and jaw with white heads. What should I do next?
