I cut my hair short when I was younger and HATED it!! Now here I am thinking of chopping it to right above my shoulders like yours was since I started my hair journey a couple months ago. On the fence since I know how much I hated it before but I want healthy hair!
You don’t have to do a big chop to return to healthy hair! I would personally just do little trims every few months until the damaged hair is gone bc I know how much I hated when my hair was short. 😩
Are you planning on growing your hair even longer? It's so beautiful :D I've been using the curlsmith scalp oil lately, on it for 2 months now and I think it helps. But It's kinda expensive, I'll check out rosemary ^^
Do you trim your ends a lot? My hair grows pretty fast, but my issue is keeping my hair healthy length or attention wise. I have a lot of split ends but when I cut my split ends My hair seems shorter
Hey, I havent had to get regular trims to keep my hair healthy and growing. The last time I trimmed and added some more layers was in November 2021. I know ppl say to do regular trims but for me personally I haven’t needed to. I’ll probably get a trim & some more layers soon
Lady’s, you don’t have to buy none of those buggies expensive oils /products names. You can buy it at any natural store just make sure you read the ingredients on it and you can make your own oils mix.. A of these girl on RU-vid are ALWAYS showing differences type of products for curls, oils etc and it’s crazy. Keep it simple. Also, you buy Rosemary at any grocery store, boil it with ginger, cloves etc spray it on your hair leave it for hair grow.
Can you do a week with curly hair and show how you maintain your wash and go everyday and what you do? 😍 I’m not sure if you have one already but if you do can you do an updated one 😍🙌
Yes pretty much 🙌🏽 I do this all the time. It’s something I had incorporated into my routine before the cut but after the cut is when I started doing it religiously!
