Hey guys! I did the big chop about two years ago and I want to be able to help others start/continue their natural hair journey. My hopes for this video is to give you some tips that will help your hair growth journey while inspiring you to start or continue this journey. Girl... i can relate to you.. When i used cantu it stripped my hair of moisture, etc . My hair became dry , damaged and thin [ i was using cantu for like 3 weeks ] then i stopped and oils really helped my hair especially coconut oil and castor oil and now my hair is way healthier than before..

I've never tried cantu and I didn't plan on trying it bc my hair is already sorta damage and still trying to get all my curls back

Instead of a sulfate shampoo try an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse, it clarifies the scalp.
