Hello, I enjoy your content and accent for some reason... I have either 3A/3B or a combination of both... I'm having trouble with freeze and a friend recommended an oil to seal in moisture... when should you use oil? After conditioner, at the end? When is it used. Thank you
Thank you. Use oil after your hair is styled and dried. I also use an oil after my hair is styled to seal in the moisture, to cause less frizz while separating and for shine💫.
Thank you for this video, my kids hair is literally like yours, my husband's is 4c and mine is 1 so we are both having to learn how to maintain the kids hair. By any chance are any of the products you use ok to use on little kids, their ages range from 2 to 6 xx
Pleasure 😊💫. I have a sister and she's 2 years old. I've only used the Cantu curl activator cream on her. If you're going to use any product that doesn't say its for kids, I'd recommend that you make sure that you don't apply the styling products to their scalps(especially the 2 year old).
@@jadenscurls3274 thank you so much, I've found some cantu products for kids on Amazon so I will be ordering them when I get paid. You said in the video to wash once a week, but how often do you comb your hair? Is it every day? And do you add more styling spray when you do comb? Sorry for all the questions, my husband and mother in law tells me one thing about the kids hair, but my gut tells me another 😂
@@FaithMcCaffrey I wash once a week. I do not wet my hair again until it starts getting too frizzy for me. Most times I only refresh once a week. When I refresh, I do detangle gently and add a small amount of product again, not too much. If you can stretch the way days of your kids, do so. There absolutely no need to detangle every day 💀. Try some fun hairstyles and if you have to detangle, be gentle and make sure the hair is wet and has enough slip 💫. Always trust your gut and I don't mind the questions😂.
@@jadenscurls3274 I honestly appreciate your time, it makes so much more sense to do their hair like you said. I feel like I've been struggling on my own because my husband doesn't seem to get the fact that their hair isn't 4c like his, but yet I'm the one with the kids most of the time, so I'm the one washing and combing their hair xx
@@jadenscurls3274 please cause my ends look curly and defined by my roots are straight and not curling. Can i send you pics on IG to show you what i mean?
@@jadenscurls3274 ur curls look amazing tho. My hair is wavy, so i tried to use products to enhance the waves into curls, it works sometimes, but I don't get consistent results. I don't wanna get a perm so i might try a different hairstyle instead. Do you have any tips to naturally make curs tighter besides scruunching, and using product?
@@dylanberia2255 you can try finger coiling, plopping and diffusing. It's what I do to my cousin when she wants a more defined curl. I'm not sure if it'll help but if it doesn't, try finding the beauty in your curl pattern. All curl patterns are perfect and unique in their own way ✨
@@jadenscurls3274 yes thank you so much i will definitely try. do you reccomend any products, i currently use sheamoisture curl and shine milk (leave in), and cantu curl activator, that is what makes my hair curly but it doesn't always work for me and I don't get consistent curls, but when i do get good results they look amazing and unlike my natural pattern which is wavy, it enhances it and it looks almost curly (2c-3a)
