I have psoriasis as well and I love the Ducray Kelual DS shampoo. They also have one called Kertyol PSO that is specifically for psoriasis but I prefer the first one mentioned. Works wonders when I have a flare up.

Thank you so so much for sharing your routine! Good old Head & Shoulders! Who knew 😂 I must admit I cannot even imagine not using conditioner (another curly girl here) but that’s me, my hair looks and feels like straw if I don’t. I am yet to find a routine that doesn’t leave me with a head full of frizz, so I often straighten it but you give me courage to try my curls again. Yours always looks incredible - screw the rules!

I really love this talk about hair because every single person I talk to about hair routine tells that everyone should use super fancy and expensive ones shampoos but I personally prefer Shamtu with sakura smell😂

Hey Soph,how are you? I understand how you don't want to offend anyone but do you girl,dont apologies for being you. Obviously your hair care routine ill mostly work for YOU and if ot doesn't work for the next person, it's still ok because they are not you,best they can do is accept &move on& probably figure out their own.
