Hey Destiny. I’m like you, I wash my hair in the kitchen sink as well. I don’t like washing my hair in the shower. I washed my hair in the shower and the next day I broke out literally in hives. It was not fun I had to go to the ER smh. I was itchy all over. So for me, kitchen sink it is lol. I also love your natural hair videos, as well as your braiding videos awesome sauce Lml.

Thank you for taking time to film a shower wash day routine. I know it’s not your preference. 🥰it’s the curls popping for me . I love to apply leave in right after washing out the conditioner. It’s a more effective method. Your hair is beautiful Destiny. ✨

Watching one of your wash day routines made me buy Lustrasilk curl max shampoo and deep conditioner. Low cost and my hair loves it. I’ve been using cholesterol as a moisturizing protein treatment for years. Back to the basics bc I’m sick of spending my money on expensive “natural hair” products that don’t get the job done.
That’s what I loved most, she did it her way. Straight from her own mouth . I prefer those kind so much better than after some passes away x and can’t defend what’s shared to the world about them.

Destiny your hair is gorgeous. Bravo on keeping up your natural routine. I tried for about 18 months and I went back to my relaxed hair. You are right though it's a lot of work.
Yes! Love your wash day routines. I am also the same, I tried washing my hair in the shower but the products make me itch so bad. The kitchen sink works best for me.

I love your routine. I have similar hair. Low porosity, different patterns, and hangs longer on one side. I will definitely try out that deep conditioner ❤️

I absolutely love a good ol wash day. They are so calming. My hair is currently damaged so my wash and go isn't as popping. Yes my body itches really bad when I wash my hair in the shower
Hey Destiny! Yes I do NOT like to shampoo my hair in the shower anymore. It clogged my drains and i hated having to double shower due to products on my skin. Not to mention water everywhere when im drying off and my hair dripping down 😖😖
Hey queen. First off you are amazing. Ty for the content. I have low porosity hair type as well. I’ve found that I need warm water to open my hair shaft - which will allow the products to work. Also when using warm water I don’t have to use a lot of product. e g. If applying conditioner and I can see the product on the strands of my hair - one it’s not penetrating the hair shaft and the product isn’t working to it’s full potential. To combat this issue I keep a spray bottle of hot water. Sprites my hair and then magic 🪄. Like the product turns into butter. And I don’t like washing my hair in the shower either. I do this when deep conditioning / leave in conditioner and when using a moisturizing product. Hope this helps. Continue being great!!!

Hair looking good. It has grown a good deal. Love the old products. They work. I always wash my hair in the sink. People act like bleach and other disinfectant dont exist. I can't do the exfoliating gloves and all that. My skin would have a fit.
Your curls are poppin'! I am a definition over volume girl so I am living for the definition. Also, I prefer kitchen sink over shower and side part over middle part. I seem to pick the opposite of what a lot of other girls like I guess. 🤷🏾
Loved this! Ur hair looks good! I don't like washing my hair in the shower. I stopped that many years ago when I realized that was causing the back acne & I hated how shedded hair was everywhere. One day I'm going to try a wash & go. Tfs!
