Hi Shamza. This curry is absolutely delicious! I'm not working on Christmas Day this year for the first time in over a decade. My husband and I have chosen to do this for our Christmas lunch this year. Perfect for just the two of us with some rice. ❤. We love your videos and we also love spiced, flavoursome food. Thanks for your great content.
What im trying to say is your a cook / Chef So you obviously already have a decent stock of ingredients. For me to actually make this from scratch would probably cost me nearly £20
Will be giving this recipe a go asap, as always you make cooking simple and easy to follow. Even for a kitchen novice like me! Thank you. Do you have a bhingi bargie recipe by any chance? ( hope that’s how it’s spelt!) Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Nice I had a sprout Balti in a restaurant in Chepstow over 25 years ago and I can remember every fork full I had to fight my wife for it as well as I wouldn’t share it it was so good .I will definitely give this one a go thanks
Hi I have an idea for you You obviously have a good following on here for your recipes etc etc I have been shopping for all the dry ingredients for Currys and other things you make. Buying the ingredients is quite expensive if your not making Indian inspired foods every day. My idea is Why don't you make up little packets of the dry ingredients for each dish And sell them on any of the selling platforms. That way people who love your recipes can have something personal mixed from you. And you will also make a tidy little profit. I would definitely buy a packet of dry ingredients to save myself money and the worrying of getting the measurements wrong.
For example for me to purchase five of the dry ingredients listed would cost me nearly £7 if I was new to cooking And it's only a spoon full of each I really need. So all that ingredients in one little affordable paper packaging would save me lots of time and effort and money
Just thought I'd say that I tried this one tonight. Followed your recipe pretty much as set out, except I had three quarters of a green pepper left in the fridge, so I chopped that up and added it to the brussels. Served with best Basmati, it's really good. Thank you. 😊
Hi Shamz, Any chance of a couple of slow cooker recipes too. Oh and definitely want lamb biryani too. I know if l get you to do the upload it’s bound to be to perfection rather than me winging it
Just made it & it looks & tastes fantastic. I have some more cooking before everything is ready to eat, I hope I can resist the temptation to eat the sprouts right now 😄. Luckily I still have more in the fridge for tomorrow, they might be cooked later tonight though. Thanks for a delicious recipe.
Perfect recipe in time for Christmas and one that can be tinkered with to suit. Either with chillies or without or with a replacement veg. Nice one :).
Why did the tomato turn red? Because it saw the Brussels sprout doing its best impression of a mini cabbage and couldn't ketchup with the laughter! --- I hate this vegetable even tough my mother sticks in my plate and forces me to eat it. I will use the recipe for other vegetable like Potatoes!!! Yum. -- Thank you for the video :)
