Dame literally shows up to play against every other top guard in the league whether it be Russ, Steph, Kemba, Kyrie, etc, however the Blazers compared to those other teams aren't always even so he doesn't win as much as he can against those guys. It's like the Melo vs LeBron thing where Melo and LeBron matchup evenly however LeBron's teams always play better than melos teams and that's why the W/L for those 2 are so far apart.
