When we went to court for the transfer of my late grand father's property, my uncle, two aunts , my sister and I ( our mum is late) all appeared physically in court. My uncle , now late, and my aunt had already applied to be administrator administrators using my late grandparents death certificates. All court papers had our names, our identity card numbers and our signature. Our names were called and after we all agreed that that was all our grandpa owned and we had agreed to share it as it appeared on the papers, the judge signed. I doubt the legality of all this process, forget the minor, the woman didn't even appear sane and of sound mind suring the " court session". I pray for justice for this family .

This is so painful... Especially for the young girls taking care of their mother.. I suspect after forging, and gazetting the land, the buyer surely did something. 1. the seller was never paid all the money and to keep her mouth shut, they did something to this woman. 2. The land curse should be reversed by wazee wa family and money refunded. 3.The buyer should be taken to court for fraund, a very very seriuos offence in land cases. I pity the last daughter. This is a very sad but TRUE story of the plight of many Agikuyu families in KENYA. Where the PATRIACH had left a WORD or MUGAMBO specifically restricting his family from ever selling the LAND in question. So the solution is forvthe family through help from well wishers and themselves to Establish whether the ALLEGED buyers actually bought/paid any money to their mother. If so that money to be refunded to them. Finally they make sure it's ownership returns to them fully.
She need a lawyer cause when she went to Muranga she was told to say yes to be all her siblings. My quarry is ; was the judge blind when this young woman was responding that she is also a man representing her brothers. Their was also corruption in that court

I went the process of buying land and even the one person in that family who is abit retaded was called and his ID was taken copy and Left in court so this one ukoro hapo nimingi sana sana God intervine

My question is, hio court ya Murang'a where Nyambura aliambiwa asimame and every jina ikiitanwa aitike including the brother's name hawakunotice ama they were part of the deal, mbona waapprove documents without ID's for the elder siblings, why use a minor to consent which is against the law? Juu before ununue shamba especially kama hio iko mashinani you are supposed to engage the entire family, the area chief, village elders, etc. Huyu buyers is from the same village and knows that the seller has other grown kids, why did they not involve them if they are clean and if the deal was clean?

The buyer brainwashed the seller. Maybe they just put down that fake agreement and she recieved very little. Our jusicial system is very rotten. How can a minor in uniform represent her siblings and respond even to a male name?
