Seeing death moon in the gauntlet was amazing. I remember playing on my ipad in the back of class in the 6th grade (2016) trying to remember the dual, and always dying at the ufo. It took me 90 attempts on the gauntlet, but playing it again was amazing. Absolute gem of a level. I had a friend beat it for me back in 2016 on my old account so redeeming myself with it was also awesome.

Honestly, the Cursed Gauntlet is up there with the Castle Gauntlet as my favorite 2.2 gauntlet so far! I predicted that iSpy would be in here, and seeing Death Moon was such a nice blast of the past! ^^

It's probably more to avoid copyright. Over the years he's tried multiple methods like making the song echo-y, piano covers, but all methods were sometimes flawed... Only clicks in a completion though, that's almost foolproof

1:51 Yea that bump is due to the slope in the structure. ever since 2.2 came out it seems like from my experience just observing it, in 2.2 if u land on a slope and a block at the same time (like this situation) then the slope is prioritized now. back in 2.1 i never experienced this as a problem at all. and its really annoying it made artifice (the level i was playing) harder to complete because of a dual part sound 33% having the environment to cause this bug(?).

Oh I know RobTop is going to get so much hate because of Death Moon. "It's so undecorated!" "Why is this in the gauntlet?!" "This level is so bland and boring!" "It doesn't even look cool!" etc. I am fine with Death Moon, but a lot of GD players don't understand that sometimes a level is good but doesn't look as flashy as newer ones.

@@deathday9_ it’s not rlly about the levels per say, it’s the fact that it’s all XL demons. I’ve beaten 12 extremes on mobile before you say “skill issue”. It’s the fact that they’re all XL and all you get is a shitty ufo, exactly the same with castle gauntlet. 5 XL demons for a shitty reward. It’s just not worth it, he could have at least picked fun levels.

with over 3k attempts on death moon, i can say with certainty, it's the worst level ever. i have a very unpopular opinion but it has slopes turned the wrong way, rng ufo parts, and a horrible end part, prove me wrong.
