hi, thank you for your video, i want to remove the visor both sides. In its place, i want to reuse the triangle cover with the 2 screws. Can pls help advise how to pull out the visor metal pole from the triangle cover? thank you so much...

I believe it’s held on with tabs on the back of the bracket (triangle) 🙌🏽
