At 11:29:48 the city of Cushing conducted a monthly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023, the test consisted of a 3 Minute Alert.
As you can tell and probably already know, Cushing is extremely overcovered. I noticed this area right in between 4 SD-10s so I set an audio recorder there to see how chaotic it would sound
