was watching this match on joey's side, came over just to say i love the gardevoir nickname! pokemon rejuvenation is one of my favorite games of all time so i have a definite soft spot for any references, had to check that you have an account on rebornevo as well to make sure i wasn't hallucinating it with how little attention its gotten in the pokemon world lol

I think you'll be disappointed to know that the Gardevoir nickname is actually a Xenoblade Chronicles reference LOL. This Melia existed far before Rejuvenation's did. Sorry bud. 😅 For what it's worth though, I am a huge fan of Rejuvenation. And Melia is one of my favourite characters. I've replayed this fangame many times and gone through its many separate incarnations. So do know that I feel the same level of love for it, that you do. 😁

My end-game sequence was poorly played out. And my build was weak to Quaquavel behind screens. With this set, it was unfortunately game over from here. It's okay though. I'll get em next time.

Was a roll to KO. In hindsight, definitely should have done that lowkey. May have completely turned the tides of this fight with Drag dropping and never getting up screens. Just something to learn for the future

@@TheUziGunner Yeah, it totally would change the game, but then again, you can never be sure that Pult is max hp with screens, rolls can be brutal and this Grafaiai was most likely unburden (haven't watched Joey's side yet), so it might have won the game on the spot if you didn't kill it

A sequence that I should have better thought out, honestly. Maybe if I risked the pump hit, the situation would have been avoided. It's unfortunate, but that's how it is right now. We learn and we move on.

@@TheUziGunner I respect that brother, I honestly would have done the same in that situation and played it safe. The pump was too risky and could have put you in a worse situation if it missed or if the call was not right, don't sweat it man. I'm down with listening to which ones in particular make you feel this way, so that I adjust my approach. Normally, it's good to have them for retaining attention, but I understand that too much of anything is bad. So yeah, feel free to lemme know and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the honesty!
