I baked using your method, the taste was nice but the outer layer was hard so what can I do to avoid it. The outer layer becomes hard but if I bake it for less time then the inner is not yet cooked ,so is there any suggestions please help
Strain- 1 cup maida 1/4 cup custard powder 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. In mixer grinder- 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup cooking/ vegetable oil 1/2 cup milk Now add the dry ingredients to it little by little,add some milk (normal temp) for the consistency. For oven bake it in 180° for 35-40 mins.
